Loose stools in cats and dogs can follow a change of diet, travel or a young pet moving on to more nutritionally dense food. VetIQ Stool Firm tablets combine pectin and pumpkin for added fibre and naturally occurring beta carotene to help improve stool firmness, with kaolin and prebiotic inulin to support a healthy intestine. They aid the relief of symptoms of mild diarrhoea.

Feeding Guide (per day)

For dogs heavier than 20kg, give one additional tablet per 5kg of body weight. For puppies and kittens under 6 months old, use half the recommended amount for their weight.

How to Use

Give whole or crushed over food, ideally at a similar time each day. Use continuously for a maximum of 7 days, then give a break of approximately 7 days. Seek veterinary advice if symptoms do not improve within 24 to 48 hours.

Safety

• Ensure fresh drinking water is always available.
• Not for continuous preventive use. Kaolin and pectin can cause mild, usually temporary constipation in some animals, and pectin may interact with some medications: check with your vet.
• Not for human consumption. Keep out of reach of children.
