Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over €49 and up to 30kg, anywhere in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
For orders under €49, delivery is €4.95. A small surcharge applies to parcels over 30kg.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes. Northern Ireland is covered by the same tracked delivery service, at the same rates as the Republic of Ireland.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
If there is any issue with the stock, size or colour of something you have ordered, we will contact you by phone or email.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your Petworld.ie account, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or SMS.
Will I get confirmation that my order has been placed?
Yes, twice. You will get an email confirming your order when we receive it, and a second email once your parcel has been collected by our courier.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched. Contact us as soon as you can on 01 531 0884 or at orders@petworld.ie and we will do our best to sort it.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Check your parcel when it arrives. If anything has been damaged in transit, contact us by phone or email within 48 hours.
Keep all the packaging and we will arrange an exchange or a return.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
Get in touch and we will put it right. If we sent the wrong item, we cover the cost of returning it.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, in its original condition, for a refund or exchange.
How do I return an item?
Contact our customer support team first and we will talk you through it. To be accepted, a return needs to be:
- unused and in its original packaging
- sent back with a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
Who pays for return postage?
If you have changed your mind, you cover the cost of sending the item back.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or was sent to you in error, we cover it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Subscribe & Save
What is Subscribe & Save?
Automatic repeat deliveries of your pet's food and essentials, on a schedule you choose, at a discount on every recurring order. No more emergency trips to the garage at 9pm.
Look for the repeat delivery option on the product page.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your account and go to Manage Subscriptions. You can pause, change or cancel at any time, with no penalties.
Can I skip or reschedule a delivery?
Yes. Each scheduled delivery in your account has a Skip button to skip that charge, and a Reschedule button to move the date.
Can I add or remove products from my subscription?
Yes. Open your subscription, click Edit on the products card, and add, remove or swap products.
Can I change how often my subscription is delivered?
Yes. Adjust your delivery schedule in your account at any time to suit how quickly your pet gets through it.
Is the discount applied automatically?
Yes. It is applied at checkout and continues on every recurring order.
Can I use a promo code with Subscribe & Save?
Subscribe & Save discounts cannot be combined with other promo codes.
What happens if my subscription payment fails?
You will get an email with a secure link to update your payment details. Once payment goes through, your order is processed as normal.
