Delivery
We offer FREE tracked delivery on all orders over €49 (up to 30kg) across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. For orders under €49, a flat delivery fee of €4.95 applies. Orders exceeding 30kg may incur an additional charge.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and typically arrive within 2–5 working days. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
If there is ever an issue with stock, size or colour availability, our team will contact you promptly by phone or email to put things right.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Simply include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days. This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery where possible and contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve it quickly with our courier. If you receive a faulty item, or an item sent in error, we’ll cover the cost of returning it and arrange a replacement as soon as the goods reach our warehouse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For all other returns and cancellations, the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Good to Know
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item; standard shipping rates apply to the replacement.
- If a replacement is a different price, we’ll refund the difference for lower-priced items or contact you to arrange payment for higher-priced items.
- Replacements are subject to availability.
