The Beaphar Tick Removal Kit contains Beaphar Tick Away and the Beaphar TickBoy®. Beaphar Tick Away is a non-toxic spray that freezes ticks for easy removal.
The Beaphar TickBoy® features a V-shaped hook which exerts no pressure on the body of the tick, helping to prevent it regurgitating into the affected animal.
It is suitable for all sizes of ticks, and allows them to be removed quickly and efficiently.
It’s important to remove a tick as soon as it’s discovered.
The longer a tick is left on a host the more likely it is to pass on disease.

How to use
To safely remove a tick, part the fur to expose the tick and spray Beaphar Tick Away from a distance of 5cm for approximately 3 seconds.
1: Slide the red cover of the Beaphar TickBoy® all the way back.
2: Put the V-shaped hook against the skin and slide the groove between the skin and tick.
3: Carefully pull the tick up to remove. Ensure all parts of the tick are removed
The wound made by the tick bite must be thoroughly disinfected.
If there are any concerns over infection, it is important to contact your vet or doctor as soon as possible.

Keep out of reach of children. Extremely flammable aerosol.
Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces.
Pressurised container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Read label before use.
